Membership entitles you to unlimited access to the classes included within your chosen membership, subject to availability.
Memberships are personal to the named member and cannot be shared, transferred or assigned to another person.
Monthly Membership Credits are allocated on a recurring monthly basis and can only be used within the membership month they are issued.
Any unused Class Credits will expire at the end of each billing period and cannot be carried over, exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded.
All Memberships have a minimum commitment period of three consecutive months
Following the initial three month commitment, your Membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
To cancel your Membership, you must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
No refunds or partial refunds will be given for unused membership periods.
Memberships cannot be frozen.
Memberships will only be frozen in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, such as serious illness, injury or other circumstances at FMB Wellness’ discretion.
Membership fees are collected automatically on a monthly basis.
If a payment fails, FMB Wellness reserves the right to suspend Membership and access to classes until the outstanding balance has been paid.
FMB Wellness reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class timetables, instructors, class availability and studio operations where necessary.
FMB Wellness is not guaranteed to operate on all public or bank holidays, and opening hours may vary during holiday periods. From time-to-time, class timetables, instructors and opening hours may change.
FMB Wellness will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes where possible.
Temporary closures or reduced timetables do not entitle Members to a refund, credit or extension on their Membership
Membership prices may be reviewed and amended from time-to-time.
Any existing Membership will be communicated in advance and will not affect the remainder of any agreed commitment period.
By purchasing an FMB Wellness Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Membership Terms.
